Radio Kupus, a special spring May mix made by Omen, Croatian vinyl enthusiast based in Bruxelles. ‘Kupus’ is ‘cavolo’ in Croatian and, although it is a term used in standard language, it can be also metaphorically used as an expression of a mess, mash-up or even a disorder. This eclectic vinyl-only mix made specially for Radio Cavolo is also quite unconventional and somewhat disorderly, as it combines various genres/styles (electro, dub, ambient, leftfield), playing some ‘evergreens’ from a few decades ago, all the way up to most recent electronic gems.
