Local and international performers invited by Radio Cavolo
Meeting emerging musicians
Tagged as: Interviews
Each episode, Queen D interviews emerging musicians who wish to share their musical creations through Radio Cavolo. Because the show was first created during the COVID-19 emergency lockdown, the interviews initially sought to highlight some additional challenges that artists face as a consequence of a global shutdown of cultural activities in the public space. More than that, this talkshow features musicians from all over the world across musical genres to showcase their projects and creations.

Episode #04 “Club Célest, disco low diva”
Parisian singer and musician Club Célest is Queen D’s guest for this episode of Sproutscout.
Between a R’n’b dance from the 90s and ethereal synthesizer sounds, Club Célest’s lyrics are a naive and regressive invitation to the playground. Her music is mischievous and mixes alternative pop with a sensual lo-fi sound.
Her video clip “Etincelles” made in collaboration with photographer Lucie Ternisien will be released by the end of the month. Check it out!
